Jared's Product Breakdown...Take 2!

Hey There!!! As I promised in my last Product breakdown we are going to talk about something near and dear to me...Hair. Oh how that word makes me feel whole. There are so many guys wandering around with hair that just needs a little "something." Lets look at some options for that "something." Let me begin by stating that yes, I am obsessed with Tigi BedHead products, and I would cut a hoe for my BedHead products. So Guys PAY ATTENTION. This stuff will make your hair smell, and look like a million dollar bill.

<<<<< My guys with the short to mid-length hair...The keyword is TEXTURE. The Manipulator Putty is my absolute favorite when my hair is short and I need to create a nice shape. A little goes a mile! You get that textured look without looking like a juice head. this product is perfection.

<<<<< Guys this is around 11 bucks! There's No excuse not to own it! This is a perfect Start up product. Its a very soft, pliable hold. You're not gonna look like a crunchy freak! Push those bangs up like Edward Cullen! Make them Girls want you to bite them! Just apply to the sections of hair you want to add texture to. If you can use a glue stick, you can rock this!

*Spotlight Product*

Today's spotlight product is the Smashbox Heartbreaker Fusion Soft Lights from the new Spring 2010 Heartbreaker collection. I absolutely love this! It is my new favorite blush. I purchased this at Ulta. It is a big brighter in real life than it is in the picture. It has different colors in it so all together they make a very unique beautiful color. I think this could work on any skin tone. It's great on my fair skin and I love bright pink cheeks on tan skin. It's one of those products where you can build up the color as bright or sheer as you want it. It also has some shimmer so it's a blush and highlighter in one- what more could you ask for! Not to mention the packaging is just adorable. I give it 5 thumbs up!

Lash haul!

Hey guys, Candace here. So recently I've gotten into wanting to wear false lashes. I was searching on eBay and found this lot. It's FORTY pairs of lashes! 10 sets of 4 different kinds. So of course, I bought it immediately. I'm not sure of the quality of these yet though, so I'll let you guys know when I get them in. It was an absolute steal though!! Here is the pic......

So then, of course I needed a good lash glue. I've always heard duo is the best so I went to MAC online immediately and ordered it. Here is the pic......

I'm so excited about these! Although they're coming from like Hong Kong or something.. so it may be a while until I get them. Will definitely post a picture of me in them when i get them :)

Ohhh yeahhh..... I also decided that I needed the Cyndi Lauper Viva Glam lipstick too.... i'm so weak! So i'm now waiting for it too :) It's a beautiful sheer buildable red. I don't have any red lipsticks so I needed it!!

MAC has launched a new Viva Glam campaign with Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper. Lipsticks are $14 and each sale goes to the MAC Aids fund. A great cause!

They were released online yesterday and I have already ordered mine!

Hey Y'all!!! That's right, we are southern! This is great for you because you will be getting 100% honest product reviews (honesty is something that comes easy down here!) If we Love it we'll tell you, and If we hate it, you know we will tell you! Let me start by telling you about my latest obsession, which was touched on in the last post....MARIO BADESCU!!!! I have started using several parts of the Men's product line, and it is seemingly perfect. I am addicted already (like I needed another reason for rehab :) If you have ridiculous skin as I have had in the past and still struggle with, LOOK AT THIS LINE GUYS. Nothing pisses me off more than seeing a guy with perfect skin and knowing that mine doesn't look like that, well now we can do something about that! For all my people with acne......

Now let's talk SMELL!!! I am a sucker for men's fragrance...I have tried dozens in my 20 years. Anything manufactured by Polo is going to smell insane and awesome and people are always going to argue that Armani Aqua Di Gio is the all time best Men's fragrance....BUT until you have smelled Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue for Men Shut up! I have been wearing it for Months and IT WON'T GET OLD!!!! I am just as addicted now as I was the day I picked it up! With every squirt my heart grows fonder.

The Beginning

We will start off by introducing ourselves.... This first post is by me, Candace. My partner in crime is Jared. We are two average college students who have a love for beauty products and anything related. I just wanted to start this post off by telling you all what we have in this blog and everything.
